How do you ensure the freshness of the food during transit?

We use temperature-controlled packaging and insulated liners combined with non-toxic gel packs to ensure your items stay at the optimal temperature until they reach your doorstep.

What is your delivery area?

Del's currently ships to all 48 contiguous states. We are working on expanding our logistics to include Alaska, Hawaii, and international destinations soon.

Can I modify or cancel my order after it has been placed?

Because we process fresh food orders quickly, modifications or cancellations must be made within 2 hours of placing your order by contacting our support team.

What should I do if my order arrives damaged?

If your package arrives damaged or the food quality is compromised, please take a photo and contact us at [email protected] within 24 hours for a full refund or replacement.

Do you offer subscription options?

Yes! You can subscribe to your favorite pantry staples and snacks to save 10% on every order. You can choose delivery frequencies of every 2, 4, or 6 weeks.
